How long does shipping take?

Orders usually arrive within 10-20 days. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it on the courier’s website to see the latest updates.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to Greece.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, contact us at shop@gourounaki.gr within 12 hours. After that, we may not be able to make changes.
